Lutske Newton

Lutske Newton is the lead drafter of the strategy and provides organisational support to Crispian Olver in respect to the management of the project. Lutske is the Director of Reid Management Consulting Services (RMCS), and has a Masters Degree in Development Studies (cum laude). Lutske has undertaken work for a number of clients, most notably government departments in the social and environmental sectors.
