Michael Goldblatt

PDG’s work on the project is led by Michael Goldblatt, an economist specializing in environmental and natural resource economics. He has an MSc. in Geography and Environmental Studies (U. of Witwatersrand) and an MSc. in Environmental Economics (UCL, U. of London). He has worked in the field of environmental management policy and strategy since 1996 with a focus on the areas of climate change and greenhouse gas reduction, water and solid waste service delivery, water resources management, and the application of economics to environmental management and protection.
